The Research On Production Planning And Scheduling Of Manufacturing Execution System

MES (Manufacturing Execution System) is a management information system for the workshop layer, which lies in the production manufacturing process between the upper layer of plan-management and the ground floor layer of industrial control. It provides workshop managers with real-time information about the product planning, product tracing resource allocation and so on. It also controls the production process and guarantees the production process in order. MES is a bridge that spans and fills up the gap between the planning systems and direct industrial controls. It is becoming an effective method for the product management and the workshop floor control.However, this way of introducing MES to strengthen job-shop scheduling and improve the running efficiency of plans faces many problems in the process. The integration problem of Job-shop scheduling and simulation is one of the typical problems. With the background of the factory of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation and the process of model products, this paper mainly research the integration problem of Job-shop scheduling and simulation in the process of introducing MES.Because of the defect of long running time and big complexity in the classical Job-shop scheduling algorithm, the paper brought forward an intelligent optimization algorithm based on rule; scheduling process is divided to primary process and optimization process. Through the method of AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process), the effect is researched between several rules and estimate.Moreover, the results of AHP are used as a measurable standard to scheduling results. Through analysis and compare of examples, this algorithm is proven to be effective. It can shorten running time and satisfy the scheduling result. It also is a simulation based on scheduling results and a scheduling optimization based on simulation.In order to verity the scheduling result, the paper has designed the simulating module of workshop scheduling.
