AbstractFMS production planning, scheduling and control is the core of FMS control system, it is one of the key techniques to decide whether FMS can acquire anticipated economy benefits or not. This research gives more detailed study to the complex and stochastic FMS dynamic scheduling, for it is the principal question to run FMS effectively.This research gives simulation analysis and performance evaluation to four kinds of initial parts launching batches based on 100 percent, 110 percent, 120 percent and 130 percent equipment product capacity, using FMS ESHLEP-N Petri nets model and dynamic scheduling simulation expert system. From various kinds of relation graphs, we can get which is better for a unique production management objective. Then I optimize the results by fuzzy optimization theory for multi-objective dynamic programming, and calculate the optimal initial parts launching batches to create excellent running conditions for FMS. Through full simulation, studying and analysis of the characteristics of simple heuristic scheduling rules, I make sure each rule's influence degree for different evaluation measures. On the basis of the studying mentioned above, I synthesize several combined rules which are superior than simple rules. At last, using fuzzy set analysis algorithm for non-structural decision making process of fuzzy logic, I make fuzzy synthesis judgment based on multi-performance-measure to each rule and get the optimal rules for dynamic scheduling.
