The rolling bearing work conditions are becoming more and more sever in the space aerospace and defense fields, such conditions are usually high speed, high temperature, and heavy load. Bearing development includes the material test, bench test, engine test and field test. The bench test and engine test take long time and high cost. So that limits the application. Using the test bench analogue the work condition to precede the extreme condition, this is the high reliability, low cost and high efficiency method.The test must work in a specify rotation spectrum, temperature spectrum and load spectrum to analogize the reality condition. The max axial load is 10t, and the radial load is 6t. The max temperature is 250℃, and the speed of rotation is 24000 n/m. In every possible condition the test inactivation and the relation each other is must be considered in the design progress.The topic has analysis the body in the static, dynamic and the thermal-stress using the finite element method. In the analysis, adopting entity model building to build the FEA model, predigesting the bonded block, using entity equivalence the bearing effect, adopting indirect method to couple the mechanism load and thermal load. According to the result, from the 20℃to 100℃the mechanism load effect is principle factor affecting the stress, the stress of the body and the board between 90~180 MPa. Above 100℃the thermal effect become the principle factor. The stress is generated by temperature gradient. So improve the structure of bearing stand rib to resist stress and stain. Change the radiating condition, reducing the temperature gradient, which can reduce the heat stress. In modal analysis, both body and shafting have the resonance vibration frequency in the work condition. In the last through the dynamic experiment, verifying the result and experiment has the good concordance. The process instruct the model, the constrain condition and load condition is correct. The analysis process can guide the same style test design, which has the value in the project filed.
