Establishing a simulator test rig of shield tunnelling machine is very important because it can offer experiment data and theoretically for real shield tunnelling machine design and manufacture The thrust hydraulic system is a key part of the shield tunnelling machine and the exact control of it is the key to whether the shield tunneling machine can excavation along the design road by us.Analysed the integration of pressure and flow control for thrust hydraulic system of the simulator test rig of shield tunneling machine, and established the trust electro-hydraulic configuration system by PLC and Kingview software. Also a simulation model of the electro-hydraulic control system for the shield thrust system is established by AMESim software. The simulation analyses of the thrust pressure and the thrust speed are carried out with the AMESim, the results show that the thrust pressure and the thrust speed can be controlled through the integration of pressure and flow control technique. The PID and Fuzzy PID control are introduced to highlight the quality of the electro-hydraulic control system. Simulate the electro-hydraulic control system with PID and Fuzzy PID with the AMESim and MATLAB union simulate, the result shows both the PID control and Fuzzy PID control can highlight the quality of the control, and Fuzzy PID control get better result. Also the experiment data shows the right of our work.In chapter 1, the history and current research status of the shield tunnelling machine are introduced based on a lot of the publications and conference papers.the research and the goal of the project are brought forward.In chapter 2, the electro-hydraulic control systems of the simulator test rig are introduced, the control of the thrust electro-hydraulic system is realized with PLC based on CC-Link Profibus technique, and a human-machine interface of the thrust electro-hydraulic control system is also developed with KingView as well. Use the ActiveX technique to extend the configuration software, and realizes the PID and Fuzzy PID control in the configuration software.In chapter 3, a simulation model of the electro-hydraulic control system for the shield thrust system is established with AMESim.
