| The silt movement of Yellow River Delta is very important to Yellow River Estuary evolvement and riverway stability, the way of movement is impacted of river, tide and wave. It plays an important part to the sediment relief of the delta. Whereas the need of economic development, starting problem related by energy absorbing under the effecting of wave and tide becomes and important problem. Based on research of forming and destroying of slope crust under water in the Yellow River Estuary, at the imburse of research of the biological and hydrodynamic induced sediment heterogeneity in the Yellow River Estuary, some researches are carried through: research of Changes in silt geotechnical properties and critical erosion velocity in the Yellow River Estuary: influence of vibration load, Study on Changes in Threshold Velocities of Different Kinds of Silt in the Yellow River Estuary: influence of vibration load, Experimental research on dynamic strength of saturated silty soils Under cyclic loading in the Delta of Yellow River and resist erosion amending of seabed in the Yellow River Estuary: influence of vibration load.By means of experiment simulating wave load in situ, the change of silt density and strength in the Yellow River Estuary resulted by simulating wave load was studied; by means of experiment in lab, sea-bed silt density , strength, grains size , CEV(Critical erosion velocity) vs. vibration energe in the Yellow River Estuary was studied; The results revealed, due to wave vibration, the silt properties and CEV changed by wave action in the Yellow River Mouth ; the CEV was not only in relation to the density, grains size and shear strength, but the energy of vibration load; CEV empirical equation could not apply to experiment values .It distributes sandy-silt, silt and silty-clay abroad on the seabed in the Yellow River Estuary.
