Along with the persistently and speedly development of economy, energy consumption of our country substantial increased, in particular the energy consumption of building accounts for a larger proportion of total energy consumption and come to be the key of energy saving.One of the main reasons why our country's building energy consumption are so high is building energy-saving performance of the external walls is quite bad, how to improve their energy performance under the premise of satisfy the architecture and structure requirements of the building's external walls has become serious problem.The Yellow river's silt continuously silted to raise the riverbed of the middle and lower reaches and this become the main hazards of this area. Manufacture the Modular brick by Yellow River silt can not only clear up silt of the Yellow River, but also protect cultivated land resources and replacement building materials of clay brick. Substantial pre-research study work also shows that the Yellow River silt brick is an excellent Substitute product.Modulus of the brick has become an important trend, but at present, the study of Yellow River silt modular brick and its wall's energy-saving performance is insufficient, to achieve optimal energy-saving performance of the Yellow River silt modular brick under the premise of satisfy its load-bearing requirements, the research work of this paper is mainly focused on the following aspects:(1) Study and analyze load-bearing properties of the various influencing factors on the view of the actual production and the mechanical point, proposed the way to improve load-bearing properties of the Yellow River silt modular brick.(2) Demonstrated how to establish Heat transfer model of Complex multi-material type by Finite element method and Calculate heat transfer coefficient of the Yellow River silt modular brick based on the principles of heat transfer, get ready to the follow-up energy-saving study of the Yellow River silt products.(3) Set up variety brick models of different specifications, different holes form, different arrangement of holes, different rate of holes. Consider the effect on heat transfer of the air in holes, analyze the impact of various factors on the energy-saving performance of the Yellow River silt modular brick, Explore the ways to improve energy-saving performance of it under the premise of satisfy its load-bearing requirements.(4) Study and analyze the energy-saving performance of the walls which built with different specifications, different holes form, different arrangement of holes, different rate of holes Yellow River silt modular brick, give out the heat transfer coefficient which Energy-saving design can refer to of their. And study the method of walls's exterior insulation construction practices and its energy-saving performance.
