The adaptive inverse control method is the latest development in the control domain. It applies the technique of adaptive filter to the control domain, and the inverse of the transfer function of the controlled object is employed as a controller to control the dynamics characteristic of the system.The vibration environment test is an important part of reliability test of products, which affects directly the precision of the test result. It is necessary to improve the control precision of the vibration environment system. The numerical simulation of the adaptive inverse control on a vibration system is accomplished, so is for experimental confirmation.After a brief introduction of the adaptive inverse control method, the RLS algorithm is deduced and the corresponding codes are programmed. Taking a vibrator in the centrifugal environment as the controlled object, the processes of adaptive modeling and the adaptive inverse modeling is completed, and the adaptive inverse controlling is accomplished under various input via numerical simulation. The result show that if forgetting factor is equal to 1, RLS adaptive filter can realize any part of the adaptive inverse control.Based on the results of the numerical simulation, a vibrating experiment system is constructed, and experimental studies of the adaptive inverse control method are carried out.
