Research Of Radar And Voice Import System And Flight Safe Analysis

In recent years, with the development of civil aviation, air traffic flux is rapidly increasing. Under the trend, the air traffic management department has already been given higher demands than ever. For the sake of adapting the current of the great air flux, Radar and Voice Import System in this thesis provides convenience and credible means for air traffic management office.Radar and Voice Import System is a special system used for flight safety management. It import multi-radar integration track and many passages of voice signal from the long-distance building used for air traffic control and the center control building of the region. After these data processed, the managers would watch or hear the things of the front air traffic control task just in offices through IE browsers. At the same time, it would execute safe analysis, and the managers would find the insecurity information from these radar and voice data recorded by the system. It can apply to all the air traffic management offices for civil aviation, and can also provide safeguard to the management works.This thesis based on the work that I have joined in Radar and Voice Import System project used for Hua Bei air traffic management office when I was internship in WiseSoft Ltd.. It describes the whole design and two critical technologies. It mainly consists four parts as follow.
