Research On Digital Modeling And Sharing Technologies Of Common Information Resources For Electric Products

Along with the development of electric product manufacturing information engineering, many electric product manufacturing enterprises build corresponding CAD/CAM software platform, but general-purpose CAD/CAM software system still can't offer basis information database of electric product design and professional design software system. Engineers still need use conventional paper electric engineering manual book to inquiry data, choice parameter and copy results, this kind of work mode partly has influences on product design quality and the increase of efficiency. So it is very important to increase product design quality and innovation ability that to build professional application software system facing electric product manufacturing informatization engineering and to form integration utility system platform for supporting enterprises product originality innovation design, manufacturing and all life cycle data management.According to the requirements of developing digital software system facing to manufacturing information resources, the method facing on digital modeling and sharing technologies of common information resources for electric product and the functional architecture of manufacturing resources sharing platform (MRSP) based on JSP technology has been put forward in this thesis. Some key technologies for implementation of MRSP have been studied with emphasis, such as constructing principle and system structure of MRSP, modeling and acquisition of resource in NM mode, JSP technology.
