In automatic production, a machine is required to perform optional tasks, in order machine has more broad applicability. Compared with multi-purpose robot manipulators, single-purpose, single-input mechanical devices are more reliable, more accurate, much easier to manufacture and maintain, and more economical mechanisms with adjustable links, can be used for simple sets of tasks. These properties make adjustable mechanism have vast application potentiality. In this paper, kinematics and dynamic analysis of Variable Range Four-bar Linkage are studied.This paper systematically introduces simulation analysis of Kinematics and Dynamics in Variable Range Four-bar Linkage. The main content includes: How to get points from the curving linkage realize by programming; How to transfer the outside file to create the curving linkage by Pro/E software; How to carry on three-dimensional modeling and assembling of Variable Range Four-bar Linkage, and how to analyze with ADAMS. At present, in domestic and international research, adjustable mechanism has important position. Traditional calculation already can't meet the demands, and dynamics of adjustable mechanism require us to set up the accurate three-dimensional model and can analyze the model. |
