Study On The Digitalized Industrial Design

"digitized wave"make human society transit from the industry time to the digitized time, under the background, the significant transformation has happened in industrial design. The digitization of industrial design reforms traditional industrial design with digital technology, but the digitization of industrial design was not just to put technology and art together. Digitized tools is not only the simply substitute of traditional design tools. To face the connection and the contradiction of design and the digitized technology, we should explore new industrial design pattern with the supporting of digitized tool.Based on the investigation of fundamental research and design practice, the characteristic of the digitized design tools, the flow and the problems of the current CAID system are summarized. The change of the design pattern and thinking mode after taking digital tools into industrial design were discussed. An industrial design approach based on the combination of Reversal design and forward design is put forward . A relevant design flow is also established. The relevant digital design platform and design idea that sustain the design method are discussed.
