The transmission tower is important structure equipment in the system of electric power. The corroded towers will directly destroy the reliability and safety of the system in transporting electricity. Therefore the study on corrosion and anticorrosion technology has become one of the important issues in electric power department and environmental department. This essay mainly discusses the paint technology for corroded transmission towers. This essay discussed the mechanism of rust conversion and zinc phosphating, developed a kind of phosphating solution which can convert the rust and phosphate the zinc at the same time, confirmed its key factors CUT-051 of rust conversion and CUT-052 to slow down the zinc eclipsing. The phosphating solution can form phosphate film on the surface of metal so that it can be used as antirust agent of painting. Besides, we choose the anticorrosion paint through experiment. This technology controls easily, the craft is simple, easy to apply in the actual engineering.
