With the development of science and technology, there are more and more intelligent instruments based on the use of computer technique and micro-electronics apparatus. The instruments have excellent quality in accuracy, sensitivity reliability and automation. Therefore, a higher requirement has been asked for the flow calibrating device.At present, we use the device at domestic and abroad, which generally is the system of water tower or steady pressure. The loss of throttle can not be avoided. So the energy loss is great. By the way, the efficiency of manual operation is low. These increase the cost of calibration. This article, on the basis of consulting relevant literature, makes an analysis of the principle of flow calibrating apparatus based on velocity control by frequency variation. At the same time, the article makes an analysis of the technique quality of adjustive system and the source of error. The article also makes an analysis and design of the hardware and software of the system. Computers are used to multiparameter detection, communication and control, and to automatic power supply, data acquirement, report printing.
