With the development of the automobile industry, automobile has become necessary traffic equipment in people's everyday work and life. It brings human not only benefit but also traffic accidents and environment pollution at the same time.The automobile's appearance and behavior of the application process as auto continually change. The changing conditions and the vehicle structure and the external application environment. The automobile is a kind of maneuvering, fast track of land with no means of transport, is used to carrying passengers or goods, it is a set of machines, electricity, liquid into complex systems, the basic unit is the part of the composition. An enormous variety of modern automobile, part of operation in line, particularly in recent years, electronic technology in automotive applications, such as: airbag control system, EFI e-controlled fuel injection system, GPS satellite positioning system and ABS brake anti-lock systems carpc's application, makes it possible for vehicle spare parts and systems more complicated. These components in use, almost half of the left and right will gradually lose performance, work quality declines caused by motor vehicles, which affects car performance. Parts of the technical condition of the vehicle is vital, they are decided to automotive technology status of key factors. Therefore, depending on the vehicle performance testing equipment related to the measurement standard, on automobile performance testing equipment for regular verification and testing. Wheel alignment of the test including the steering wheel alignment detection and non-detection of steering wheel alignment. Steering wheel and non-detection of steering wheel alignment that is, the location of the front wheel and rear-wheel detection, collectively referred to as four wheel alignment detection. The automobile is front-wheel car front wheel travel stability and handling stability, front axle and steering system technical condition of important diagnostic parameters. To analyse the principle of calibrating apparatus of four-wheel aligners. Basis quantity value delivery system of accuracy request, assurance calibrating apparatus of four-wheel aligners equip main technical parameter.2. To introduce the industry standard about measure parameter, scope, accuracy and value request of four-wheel aligners. To analyse the function of calibrating apparatus of four-wheel aligners. It point out the problem of calibrating apparatus on toe-in, caster, SAI. It build a model of calibrating apparatus of four-wheel aligners that caster can adjust independently. According to the movement connection of wheel and sensor, swivel pin, it study a calibrating apparatus of four-wheel aligners that can verify the camber, toe-in, caster, SAI, thrust angle and so on.3. According to the main structure, work principle, technical parameter and actual application experiment, it study on verification regulation of calibrating apparatus of four-wheel aligner.Experiment enunciation, the error of toe-in is main zero error. The error of caster is main system error and zero error. If one of the caster bigger, another caster will be bigger. It give an formula that modify the measure of caster.
