| Electric power system harmonic is one of the most important parameters. With the envelopment of modern industry, high power electron devices were applied widely. Large harmonic and pollution were brought into electric network. And electric energy measurement of electric force department and customer was influenced. So it is necessary that how to detect and measure harmonic electric energy. In this paper, the main theory of harmonic and the trend of development in domestic and foreign are discussed. Based on the problems in harmonic detect and measurement, the high efficient harmonic detect circuit and the electric energy measurement circuit were designed. Wavelet transformation and DSP technology were applied in this paper to develop the real-time performance of signal processing.Firstly, the performance of harmonic signal and the influence of harmonic are analysis. Wavelet transformation based on FFT is the basic method of harmonic analysis. In hardware circuit implementation, notice to choose signal sensors, signal magnify circuit and filter circuit are reasonably designed, at the same time, high-speed data sampling circuit and large capability storage circuit are designed, the hardware circuit PCB is made. Then the data sampling circuit is connect with TI DSP develop system to process harmonic signal.Secondly, wavelet analysis is suit to extract break signal, so it is programmed to implement the function of filter and signal extract.Finally, simulated examination is done after the hardware and software design. The simulation results show the designed signal detection unit and adopted software process method is effective. |
