The frozen soil mechanics behaviour is the essential parameter of frozen soil engineering design, there are very many affects factors on it, for example the loading way, the loading speed, the freezing temperatures, the soil nature, the sample size, maintains time, encircles presses the size, the experimental stress way and so on. In order to obtain the frozen soil mechanics behaviour, I has carried out the present paper research.The paper main content is: (1) take the experiment as the foundation, according to the orthogonal experiment design, carries on the experimental arrangement to the many kinds of influences frozen soil mechanics behaviour factor, and carries on the experiment in the WDT -100 Electro-Hydraulic uniaxial testing machine and on the W3Z -200 Electro-Hydraulic triaxiality testing machine. Has obtained the relations on frozen soil mechanics behaviour and the many kinds of influences factor, and analyzes the primary and secondary relations in each influence factor using the artificial neural networks (ANN);and has conducted the BP network forecast frozen soil uniaxial compressive strength research. After the massive experiments, the union project experience, obtains under the strain increase control mode the frozen soil test result to be stable, loading speed: In the frozen soil uniaxial experiment, may use 25%/Min;The triaxiality shear test may use 0.08mm/S. Has carried on under the different stress way the frozen soil triaxiality structural testing, has obtained under in particular the unloading condition the frozen soil mechanics behaviour test, there have the certain reference significance.on design frozen wall to the deep well freezing process (2) The frozen soil has the obvious creep characteristic;the frozen soil creep is the most prominent characteristic of frozen soil mechanical behaviour. This article through analysis the creep test result to the frozen soil, by C.C Bялов proposed the frozen soil power function creep equation is a foundation, uses Mises yield criterion, to Modified C.C Bялов equation, has obtained Modified C.C Bялов creep equation.
