| Frozen soil as a special building material, the study of its physical and mechanicalproperties have been carried out in depth at home and abroad, of which the mostimportant is to establish long-term compressive strength and creep constitutiverelationship. In this paper, We take Guqiao mine for example, describes theexperimental study of frozen clay constitutive relations and long-term compressivestrength.Freezing method construction were to be adopted on the Surface soil of Guqiaocoal, in order to provide the basic parameters and constitutive model of frozen soil ofthe frozen wellbore geotechnical design and construction.commissioned by the firstreconnaissance team of Coalfield Geology Bureau of Anhui Province,The resercher ofAnhui Architecture University take samples of Guqiao mine shaft portion of theinspection hole surface soil, according to the latest standards issued by the coal industrydepartment, we did some frozen clay laboratory tests of physical and mechanicalproperties so that to find the constitutive equations and long-term compressive strengthformula.This paper is an experimental study, field sampling, mechanical and manualprocessing of samples and-5℃,-10℃,-15℃are the three temperature grades offrozen samples to be tested. According to requirements of the subject,The first is theroutine test of soil, geotechnical parameters of frozen clay samples measured as follows:liquid limit, plastic limit, natural water content, natural density, specific gravity, voidratio, etc.; secondly is frozen clay single axis compression test, frozen clay basicdeformation modulus measured include the uniaxial compressive strength, elasticmodulus and Poisson’s ratio; frozen clay triaxial shear test again be measured to obtainfrozen clay failure envelope,frozen clay conditions of instantaneous breaking strengthis derived; the fourth step is frozen clay uniaxial creep experiments performed,according to the experimental data derived frozen clay creep constitutive model and thetheoretical formula of long-term strength.We get the following conclusions on the basis of a large number of experiments: therelationship between uniaxial compressive strength and geotechnical parameters offrozen clay have a certain regularity; frozen clay failure envelope obtained from triaxialexperiments to determine the instantaneous destruction of frozen clay strength;By frozen clay uniaxial creep experimental data, in accordance with the formularecommended by C.C.Vaylov, We find what is stress, strain, temperature and timeinteraction constitutive equationsin that in simple stress conditions and strengthequation that failure stress is decreased with time. Help us to solve some problemsabout freeze wall strength and deformation of theoretical calculations in freezeconstruction of Guqiao mine, to find long-term damage ultimate strength, the strengthof the failure time points and weak points, such as the key construction site.Based onthe calculated risk of the site,preventive measures in advance in the construction processto provide technical guarantee for the safe construction and rapid construction. |
