Study On Low Power Consumption Optical Current Transducer Based On Rogowski Coil

Hybrid Optical Current Transducer is better than conventional current transducer, and it has a good future.Based on academic research of Rogowski Coil, this paper compared the transient response characteristics of Rogowski coil connected with two typical integrating circuits. Rectangle framework Rogowski Coil is studied in detail, the work composes of simulation on electromagnetic interference and effect brought by wire position change. By analyzing and simulating electromagnetic interference and effect brought by wire position change, some improvement methods are introduced for PCB Rogowski Coil. Rogowski Coil is made based on these conclusions.The system includes high voltage part, fiber communication part and low voltage part. Low power consumption now is a key technology. The characteristic of this paper is low power consumption in high voltage side. The power consumption is under 30mW.
