This article carries on the numerical simulation of the 420t/h boiler's the combustion process and the NOx discharging characteristic on the situation which uses the flue gas recycle and does not use the flue gas recycle. The computed result indicated that, the flue gas recycle boiler's average temperature distribution and the maximum temperature distribution whole obviously reduces. The flue gas recycle boiler outlet CO2 density had risen and O2 density had dropped. Simultaneously the NOx had larger scale reduced. The numerical simulation result is consistent with the test result. This article also researches the flue gas recycle quotient and gas temperature influence on the nitrogen oxide in the boiler, and numerical Simulates the optimization of gas recycling quotient. The result has reference for the design and operation of flue gas recycle boiler.
