This dissertation aimed at the phenomenon that the resistance of the air-flue gas systemof boiler was very high in a power plant,using numerical simulation to analyze the flowdistribution and pressure drop in the the existing flue, to know about the position on which theloss of pressure is serious in the flue. Then, in combination with field, this dissertation givessome suggestions to reduce drag and optimize flow field.According the conclusion ofnumerical simulation, determining the better suggestion, then apply to the scene.First, based on the analysis of the flue, the dissertation determines the flow field test plan,and gains flow parameters getting used to numerical simulation, then sets up the fluegeometric model and mathematical physics model. Combining with flow parameters it setsboundary conditions,and verifies the the rationality of the calculation model for the existingflue.Secondly,it gives the suggestions of drag reduction optimization based on the fluegeometry and guide plate setting,and formulate the corresponding drag reduction optimizationsolution.Then using numerical simulation to analyze the effect of the resistance reduction,itchooses the better and more optimized solution to reduce the flue resistance and optimize theflow field.Thirdly, under the condition of different smoke volume,it analyzes the resistance inthe flue using the suggestion of resistance optimization,to verify the resistance optimizationscheme can be suitable in this case.Fourthly, the resistance optimization scheme is applied tothe scene, through the analysis of test data which is gained after the application of resistanceoptimization scheme,it can be found that the resistance of the air-flue gas system of boiler isreduced and the flow filed is optimized ultimately.Finally, a summarization was given and the prospect was proposed for probably work.
