As a ground equipment providing the coolant for the electronic system, the liquid cooling system is well known for the advantages such as high reliability, simple operation, and convenient maintenance and so on. The coolant is cooled by the cooling system, regulated by systems of temperature and flow, and sent to the working electronic system by the pressurized circulatory system to cool the electronic equipment.The present thesis presents one new type of liquid cooling system as well as its design, and studies the liquid cooling system by systematic experiments and numerical simulation. It specifies the process of the design, simulation and experiment of liquid cooling system. Main contents of the thesis are as follows:Description of the present usage of liquid cooling system, presentation of a new type of liquid cooling system and description of its work principles;Design of the liquid cooling system, which mainly deals with the design and collating calculating of serpentine condenser and heat exchangers adopted in this system. Meanwhile, the model chosen calculating of compressor,thermal expansion valve,plate evaporator,water pump and the like equipment used in the system are also carried out.Respective simulation of the liquid cooling system and the circulatory system of cooling fluid, which mainly concerns the simulation model of the four major components in the refrigerating system and the water pumps and heat exchangers in the cooling circulatory system.Experimental research of the assembled system of liquid cooling system, which yields the system perform parameters of refrigerating capacity and resistance loss in different working conditions.Collection and Comparison of the experimental data got from simulation and experimental research, which proves simulation and the experiment result are well tallying, hereby, testifies the emulational veracity of the cooling system.
