Simulation is one of the important technologies in the processes of investigation, test, design, and application for aero propulsion control system. Base on the design of monitoring system for integrated flight/propulsion control simulation platform, this paper studies three levels of closed loop simulation experimental schemes for an engine control system, the feasibilities of which are validated by different means.Development of simulation technology and its application in aero propulsion control system are introduced firstly, then the engineering design are carried out based on the concept design for monitoring system of the simulation test platform. Starting with analysis of function requirement of the monitoring system, signal interface, resource configuring and monitoring software are designed. Considering one type engine control system, closed loop simulation test scheme based on CAN bus communication is designed, and its feasibility is validated by the test. Closed loop simulation test scheme based on signal interface emulator is studied, and the characteristic of it is analyzed. Also closed loop simulation test scheme based on simulation test platform is studied, key technologies of this scheme are analyzed, a vista of the test is brought forward finally.
