The dynamic detection hardware-in-the-loop simulation platform of UAV Flight Control System isused to complete the dynamic detection of the UAV flight control system during the technicalpreparations of test, and by conducting on-board sensors and control devices fault injection, or addingthe external force or moment,to verify the UAV flight control system of the implementation strategyand the flight character.The issue of the overall technical program includs in two parts that is selection of hardware anddesigning of software. System in accordance with technical requirements of the main hardwareapproach to the construction of direct selection, system software designed to take modular designapproach. UAV flight control system is based on a data processing and transmission intensity, throughthe rational selection of hardware boards have a certain margin for flight simulation, sensor simulation,and airborne equipment, remote telemetry subsystem simulation decile system software programming,and the use of the flight control computer, steering and throttle motor-kind way in the loop,completing the test flight control system dynamic semi-physical simulation platform.Finally, by actual test validation, the dynamic detection hardware-in-the-loop simulation platformof UAV flight control system enables the UAV flight control system dynamic testing. To the testing ofsensors and artificial control system failure, the system can timely and accurate diagnosispositioned.To the adding external force or moment, the system can shows the changes in flightparameters by two-dimensional curve, and display subsystems in drone by three-dimensionalanimation interface and intuitive way real-time simulation of UAV flight.The issue of the dynamic detection hardware-in-the-loop simulation platform of UAV flight controlsystem, eliminating the previous tests taken during the testing of discrete components and UAV evilsof the whole physical test and improve test efficiency, reduce the test personnel work intensity. Theplatform can be used as UAV technology to prepare testing plans for handling special circumstancesfiction and flight failure analysis, etc. An important means for flight simulation and flight trainingprogram to provide more realistic inference training environment, UAV flight control testing, groundcontrol, flight director combine. By loading different UAV models, the platform can also be on thenew UAV flight control system development and validation.
