As a new kind of motor, Switched Reluctance Motor (SRM) has a doubly salient structure, and its windings are only mounted on the stators. These characteristics bring SRM lots of virtues: solid structure, high reliability and efficiency, good fault-tolerance, low cost etc. Switched Reluctance Driver (SRD) combined SRM with modern power electronic technology and control technology. Now it has been used in many fields, such as transportation, aeronautics, electronic household appliances and industries. The modelization and simulation of SRD, Pseud-Sliding Mode Control (PSM) and the driver system based on DSP TMS320LF2407A are studied in this thesis. The main tasks include:The nonlinear model of the SRD is established, the control methods such as PWM is emulated and analyzed.Pseud-Sliding Mode Control in SRD is lucubrated, the control law and the switch function of Variable-Structure Control System with Sliding Mode (VSS) are designed, the choice of the parameters of PI control and the theory of the combination control are discussed. As the result of the simulation, the combination control PSM is proved to improve the system dynamic performence and restrain the buffet.The designs of the hardware and software of the SRD based on DSP TMS320LF2407A are introduced in detail, and the static data of the system and the experiment waveforms are given. The experiment results show that Pseud-Sliding Mode Control has good dynamic and static performance, and this control can reduce the buffet effect well compared with the traditional VSS.
