| Switched reluctance motor(SRM)is widely used in aerospace,mining machinery and other industrial fields because of its advantages of low cost,high efficiency,wide speed adjusting range,simple and flexible control.However,due to the strong coupling and nonlinear characteristics of the system,torque chattering exists in the traditional control strategy,which limits its development space.In order to improve the robustness of SRM speed control system,suppress torque ripple and realize smooth speed regulation,this paper introduces advanced control strategy to study SRM speed control system.This paper presents an active disturbance rejection control(ADRC)strategy of SRM based on torque distribution,analyzes a variety of torque distribution functions with torque as the direct controlled variable,optimizes the reasonable distribution of the two-phase torque during commutation,realizes smooth transition and maintains constant total torque.Secondly,based on the traditional ADRC,a nonlinear state error feedback control law with sliding mode control is designed to form an improved ADRC speed controller,which simplifies the parameter tuning problem to a certain extent.At the same time,the speed control system model is built in MATLAB,and the simulation results show that the control strategy effectively reduces the torque ripple and improves the robustness of the system.In view of the problem that SRM is easily affected by motor parameters and load disturbance,a sliding mode active disturbance rejection control(SM-ADRC)strategy is proposed.The dynamic sliding mode switching function is introduced based on the traditional switching function,and the reaching rate of hyperbolic tangent function is introduced into the traditional exponential reaching rate to form the improved sliding mode speed controller.According to the theory of active disturbance rejection control,the current loop introduces the anti tangent function into the traditional nonlinear function to design the improved active disturbance rejection current controller.The SM-ADRC of SRM speed control system can effectively improve the starting current,speed overshoot and torque ripple of the system,and improve the robustness and anti-interference ability of current and speed.The model is built by Matlab to complete the simulation verification.Through the design of each part of the hardware circuit,the experimental platform based on DSP F28335 controller is built,and the software design is completed by using the automatic code generation technology based on model design,which realizes the experimental verification of the SM-ADRC strategy of switched reluctance motor speed regulation system.The paper has 69 figures,7 tables and 72 references. |
