The perfluorinated proton exchange membrane is a solid polymer electrolyte in polymer fuel cells used in rigorous conditions such as acid, alkali and andoxidant. Because of its excellence performances, it used not only in the key discreteness but in chlor-alkali, electrolysis, electrochemical composites and so on. But the perfluorinated proton exchange membrane is very expensive and is monopolized overseas. Therefore, exploiting the indigenous perfluorinated proton exchange membrane is more important. In this paper, the application of the indigenous perfluorinated proton exchange membrane electrode in the fuel cells was studied. We choose the better indigenous perfluorinated resin in two ones by the analyse of its performances and prepared the composite membrane. The mechanical intension and the dimension stability were advanced. Especially, the performance of fuel cell was the best when the thickness of the membrane is about 20μm.Moreover, in this paper, the application of the perfluorinated proton exchange membrane electrode in the synthesis of 3,3'-dichlorobenzidine was also studied. These results indicate that using ionic exchange...
