Research On Portable Apparatus For Condition Analysis And Auto-Diagnosis

The technology of Condition Monitoring and Fault Diagnosis can prevent and reduce the equipment fault by real-time monitoring the running state of the equipment. With more and more attention has been paid to safety production, this technology has been developed very fast and already widely used.To keep the equipments of the Petro-China fertilizer plant running safely, this portable instrument is developed based on Visual C++ 6.0 and Microsoft Windows system in which the technologies as follows are applied: data acquisition, signal processing, fault diagnosis, data base, and the OOD (Object-Oriented Design) methods.This paper elaborates the hardware structure and the software system of this tool. The whole system includes such parts: equipment management, data acquisition, on-line monitoring, off-line analysis, intelligent diagnosis and data management.
