| It is avoidless that machines vibrate. Acute vibrating is the primary reason of destroying machines. So detecting vibrating signal may be used to find out machines' working condition. At the same time the signal can be analyzed and blooey signal can be found out.In this thesis, on-line condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system for larger rotary machinery is designed by LabVIEW and PCL-1800 DAQ. Software designing, hardware installation and debugging are including.The system software includes mostly data acquiring module, dynamic displaying module, real-time monitoring module, signal analyzing module, memory data module, giving an alarm module and fault diagnosis module. Real-time monitoring module which is the key one in a whole system can communicate with the user and all kinds of instruments to acquire information. Monitoring performance will affect directly the whole system capability, so it is expatiated how monitoring data module is designed in the thesis.Anti-jamming capability is emphasized in the design process of system hard ware. The ways to restrain source of jam and destroy approach of jam are adopted to reduce effect of jam.The system software has characters of expansibility, modularization, user defining instrument function. Users may define function of instruments according to individual demand. If improvement of system is required, user may add or modify software avoiding purchasing a new instrument.The system software has the functions of acquiring vibration signals, power spectrum, cepstrum, transfer function and domain-frequency analysis and so on with the PCL1800. Moreover it can transform data to corresponding graphics.The system software runs in the windows system. Software interface can accord with users' custom and satisfy a lot of users.Moreover some instances are showed to validate function of system. The system software may be applied widely to analyze vibration signal and fault diagnosis in electrical system , oil and chemistry, automobile and the ship manufacturing etc. |
