Supercapacitor is regarded as a new kind of energy sources because of their excellent properties, such as high power density, fasting charge and recharge and long usage life. because of its low cost, convenient preparation method and good capacitor properties, Manganes oxide become more and more important.Based on electrode materials for supercapacitor , study on MnCVcarbon composites and hope to increase capacitance of current commericals. MnO2/ carbon composites were prepared by using Mn(AC)2 to deoxidize KMnO4 with active carbon. Reseash on effects of structure and property of MnCVCarbon composites after doped with Ni, Co, Er, La ions. At the same time have a initial research on MnCV carbon composites by using carbon deoxidize KMnO4. Their structure and morphology were characterized by XRD, XPS, SEM, CV, A.C. impedance ,galyanostatic chage/discharge potential profile respectively. It shows that adding 20% carbon to Mn(AC)2 and KMnO4, the capatance of Mn(V carbon composites is 215.1F/g. The A.C. impedance curves show that the impedance of MnCV carbon composites decrease after adding carbon powder. MnO2 /active carbon doped with Er and La have wider potential ranges than pure MnO2 /active carbon. Compare with pure MnO2 /carbon, specific capacitance of doped composites decreased. The...
