According to the domestic and foreign aspheric surfaces components of Processes the difficult present situation, its basic reason lies in the most aspheric surfaces optics components is very difficult to find the accurate path of the processing basis. At the same time it is also difficult to find the precise shift method of the path in the processing. Based on the above situation, the present paper proposed using the path compensation method process the aspheric surface optics components, and has established the path compensation method mathematical model according to the line of equidistance formula.At present the medium caliber aspheric surface optics components is quite difficult to be processed, very difficult to guarantee the face shape precision of the aspheric surface optics components. This article mainly use the principle of the path compensation method to processing aspheric surface optics components, aspheric surfaces optics components engine bed design of carrying on the processing diameter of 200 ~ 300 millimeters and its the error analysis.
