Development Of YAG Pulse Laser Power Supply System

Acorrding to demand of XPSSL a YAG laser power supply is developed.The thesis analyzes the principle of YAG laser's operation and damage,On the base of the demand of special Xe-lamp operation mode. A design of power supply is analyzed and applied .The design of the VMOS DC-DC convertor and it's protective circuit greatly cuts down the volume and weight of the power supply. The performance of AT89C51 single chip micyoco improves the control precision of the power supply.The power supply is possessed of good stability and target, the target that the power supply attained output voltage range 400Y~1000V, stability: ± 0.8%,ripple: ± 1V; frequency range:l~10Hz. accuracy ± 0.1%.
