With the rapid and steady development of China's national economy, heavy mining trucks used as a major means of transport are used by the rapid growth, and make the heavy mining truck's kinetic characteristic Institute has become one of the issues to be addressed. Because of the objective reasons restrictions, real vehicles road tests can not be done. Using computer technology for virtual realization can make it truck testing and testing frequency reduced to a minimum in the development and innovation. Therefore, the study of heavy mining truck's movement is identity of great theoretical significance and application value.Truck movement's identity quantitative analysis and research and structural design optimization parameters, are depend on the establishment of kinematic models and dynamics model accuracy and accurate quantitative parameters values. Firstly set of truck's performance parameters and structure parameters and do analysis and calculation of hydro pneumatic suspension's stiffness and damping, then focus on the front wheel positioning parameters analysis and optimization matching including king pin angle, castor, slay and toe-in of front wheel.
