People are paying more and more attention on thermal environment and thermal comfort along with the improvement of living standard. So we should give people a comfortable, healthy and energy saving house. But how to realize it and how to evaluate people's thermal sensation and thermal comfort is become more and more important.Current the prevalent comfort standards such as ASHRAE55-1992 and IS07730are based on the experimental results to the youth in America and Europe. And they may not be applicable to Chinese. Recent years many researchers find that the comfortable area that under the natural ventilated environment is large than is mentioned in the standard. It is very important to find the best thermal environment which can saving more energy, and more comfortable.We do questionnaire and spot test in typical air conditioning public buildings of Changsha, one of the teaching building and experiment air conditioning environment in Hunan University. The relation between thermal environment parameters for instance air temperature, relative humidity, air velocity and thermal sensation or thermal comfort has been studied in all environments. The differences of thermal sensation or thermal comfort in this environments and PMV-PPD are researched too.In Changsha air conditioning buildings 50% of the summer temperature in is lower than the summer neutral temperature 25.4℃; and 56% of the winter's is higher than the summer neutral temperature 22.2℃.According to conclusion of connection between the thermal sensation or thermal comfort and PMV, the best environment parameters have been calculated.
