This text expound the geological condition of high slope of enter water mouth of diversion tunnel of secondly hydroelectric power station in detail.Adopt the CSMR and open-air method to distinguish the quality of slope rock mass, and make hierarchical result with the macroscopical stability of slope analysis combine together.On this basis, adopt the geology judge and the limit equilibrium method to analyze , calculate and appraise the stability about the whole naturally slope. Combine the geology judge , the quality of slope rock mass and the comparison with similar projects to confirm the optimum ratio of slope .Adopt the geology analyze ,the limit equilibrium method and finite element to analyze and appraise the stability of it, and put forward the processing measure to losing the slope .At last,adopt the Optech 3D to make certain the position and the scale of dangerous rock which develop the slope ,and analyze and appraise stability about it, put forward the processing measure finally. The main achievement that the thesis obtains is as follows:(1) High and steep , relatively fullness of slope shape, the better quality of rock mass, we can judgement that the stability of natural slope is better.(2) After the slope is excavated, causing the phenomena that " cut foot ". influence seriously slope stability. Aim at the mode about the loss slope , adopt the strengthen measuer which systematic anchor +systematic anchor bar+ hang network and gush out concrete + collocation scupper.(3) Confirm the position and the scale of dangerous rock in slope with the Optech 3D, analyze and appraise the stability about it; According to dangerous rock loss steady mode of body adopt different processing measure , adopt SNS flexibility protect system to deal with the whole slope safely finally.
