Bonded rebar technology has been widely used in the engineering of reinforcing and renovating of concrete structures. The anchoring material has decided the effect of bonded rebar directly. Therefore, application and exploitation of the cement based inorganic anchoring material is of great important. Based on the practice and research of bonded rebar inside and outside, the author did some experiment studies and theory analyses of the engineering applicability of the cement based inorganic anchoring materialSome research experiments have been done, compared the limit supporting capacity with embedded bar in advance in the same condition, welding on bonded rebar and bonded rebar by using the organic anchoring material, the engineering applicability of the cement based inorganic anchoring material is obtained. The conditions of anchorage intensely affect bond-anchorage properties of bonded rebar in concrete. The effects of concrete strength, thickness of concrete cover, anchorage length and diameter of bars for bond-anchorage properties have been investigated on the basis of 98 pull out experiments. By way of experimental statistical regression. The calculating formula of characteristic bond-anchoring strength has been established.Based on the load-slip curves, analyzes the bonding performance and mechanism.Based on reliability analysis, the suggested predigest calculation formulas of loading capacity of bonded rebar are deduced; Then based on reliability analysis of anchorage length, design formula and table for anchorage length with reliability guarantee that are suitable to every kind of condition are given. And the suggestion on design and construction of bonded rebar by using the cement based inorganic anchoring material are brought up.
