| A large number of abandoned concrete will be created with the construction of new buildings, the demolition of old buildings and construction of infrastructure projects. Recycled aggregate can be gained by breaking, cleansing and classification the abandoned concrete. The new concrete, using recycled aggregate as a complement to some or all of the natural aggregate, is called recycled aggregate concrete, also known as recycled concrete. Producing recycled concrete is a way of using the construction waste as one resource. In the past period, the studies on recycled concrete are mainly focus on the basic performance, and recycled concrete mainly applied to foundation layer, such as roads, structure substrate. If recycled concrete could be applied to concrete structures, it can become an effective and broad way to treat abandoned concrete.Based on bending experiment of 8 recycled concrete beams, analyze recycled the influence of concrete and reinforcement ratio no the recycled concrete beams' bending performance, failure modes, deformation characteristics, and study the flexural capacity, crack resistance, crack width and deflections under serviceability limit states. The main results as follows:(1) Replacement of natural aggregate with recycled concrete has not significant influence no the flexural capacity. Recycled concrete beams' bending bear capacity is mainly determined by dimensions of structural member, the value of concrete compressive strength and ratio of reinforcement, etc.(2) Recycled concrete has no significant impact on cross-section crack bending moment. Recycled concrete beams' crack breaking moment are increased with the rising of reinforcement ratio, but the ratio of reinforcement has little impact, concrete tensile strength is the major impact factor.(3) Replacement of natural aggregate with recycled concrete has no significant impact on the max crack width of reinforcement recycled concrete beams. |
