Steel structure has the ability of high strength and fine plasticity , but the deformation question of steel structure is also extrusive because of small section and thin ban .The deformation addition is largish during the building course of high steel-frame structure. Adding the vice of material and unreasonable technique during the component facture, building and using courses, the deformation question of high steel-frame structure is more extrusive. And that jointing deformation is the main component factor of it, so it must attach importance to jointing deformation, the simulation and control of jointing deformation deserves researching .Construction technology of high steel-frame structure has some characteristics as bellow:â‘ Precision request of measure, orientation and setting lines is strict. During the building course of high steel-frame structure, error accumulation is very notable, small offset of the column or other component will make great offset to upside component , even will bring project accident.â‘¡Temperature change has great influence on building precision. Temperature and weather has great influence in steel structure because that the steel has the ability of great deformation when temperature changes.â‘¢Building of high steel structure has great request for the ability of lift and transit machine.â‘£Due to the trait of steel ,it must be strict with fireproofing and antisepsis .This article states the high steel-frame structure, mainly involving construction technique of it, analysis, control and computer simulating of the welding deformations during the building course of high steel-frame structure . The content is composed of four aspects as follow:â‘ Construction technique of high steel-frame structure, mainly involving measure, orientation, building in ,revise and joint.â‘¡Analysis and control measure of the welding deformations during the building course of high steel-frame structure, mainly involving kinds ,courses ,decrease ways and rectification measures of the jointing deformation.â‘¢Simplified calculation method of the simulation for welding deformations of high steel-frame structure. Simplified jointing model of steel veneer is firstly based, then finite software ANSYS is used to calculate the deformation value of steel veneer jointing. At the last , through the transition of deformation calculation of steel veneer, beam and single axial frame, the prepared offset is educed.â‘£Analysis of constructional example of high steel-frame structure, simplified calculation method of the simulation for welding deformations is proved to be feasibility.
