Developing with the scale of power system, it is a very important problem that how to ensure system's stabilization, especially when power system suffer big disturbance, it's power balance will be destroyed, system's stabilization is decided by system's generator, kinds of control equipment, load's adjust and dynamic characteristic together. Because of that, system's big disturbance stabilization problem is seemed more complex. In recent years, power system appears many collapse accidents because of voltage labilization. In order to enhance power system's voltage stabilization, there are many reactive power compensation equipments used in the power system, besides of traditional shunt capacitor, there also appears some new reactive power compensation equipment, SVC is the most comprehensive one among these new equipment. These reactive power compensation equipments can be used to enhance dynamic voltage stabilization, in the same time, voltage level is enhanced by them, but in the long time, voltage level's influence to the frequency stabilization is neglected. the stabilization of the frequency will be debased in some status.In order to find out reactive power compensation equipments' influence to the frequency stabilization and establish the reactive power-voltage control strategy of the reactive power compensation equipments. The main contents of this dissertation include as following:â‘  Analyse present status of power system frequency's quality and stabilization actuality.â‘¡ In order to reflect power system's actual dynamic process, the compositive load model composed of static load and dynamic load is adopted in this dissertation, it can reflect the influence to the voltage stabilization and frequency stabilization in the same time.â‘¢ According to the differences of disturbance types, generator's frequency-adjust performance and compositive load models, by doing simulation, this dissertation analyse reactive power compensation equipment's influence to the frequency stabilization: SVC's active effect to the frequency stabilization and quality when the system has overmuch active power, but it may debase the frequency quality when the system has deficient active power, it may accelerate frequency collapse when generator's frequency-adjust performance is weak, shunt capacitor is always propitious...
