| Being advanced energy-saving equipment, steam accumulator is widely used in heating system. The optimal operation of heating system can promote system ideal efficiency, which improves the running economy and reduces costs. As far as heating system is concerned, the study about operation optimization is perfect. However, it is infrequent of specialized study about optimal operation of boiler plant equipped steam accumulator. The thesis aids to build optimal running model of boiler plant with steam accumulator, and increase system's running economy effectively. Based on the model, the system optimization operation software is completed. The research attains satisfied results and valuable conclusions.According to the varying characteristics of boiler plant daily thermal load, the thermal load forecasting method based on BP neural network is presented. Considering the thermal load diversity of different hour type, 24 single neural network models to forecast every hour load per day are built. Appropriate modified BP algorithms and constructing methods for 24 forecasting models are given based on Matlab's neural networks toolbox. The simulating result indicates the forecasting model has simple structure, shorting training time and better forecasting precision, proves the model is feasible. In view of the system characteristics, the periodic integral curve method in divided sections is used in constructing the segmentation model of boiler plant. Making use of the model, the optimal scheme of boiler plant running in divided period can been determined. The definite characteristic function of fuel consumption is given by polynomial imitation. As well as the optimum load rates of boilers are advanced. A more practical and economic optimization mathematical model of load distribution for industrial boilers is presented, which is calculated by Sequential Quadratic Programming. At the same time, SQP theory and the achieving methods by MATLAB are introduced in detail. Considering practicability, the system develops the software for optimal running with MATLAB, Access and DAO technology. Equally, the interface and characters of software are presented. Finally summarizing the research, the thesis raises some questions needed to be resolved and gives some opinions. |
