Analysis of oxygen content is very important in the field of industrial production, medicine and environmental protection. With special characteristic, the ZrO2 oxygen content analyzer can detect the oxygen content of high density of power, high temperature, hybrid air, etc. The analyzer is widely used in the field of automobile, industrial boilers' exhaust gas analysis, environmental protection. Now the domestic research level of oxygen content analyzer is far fall behind of international's. Compared with international's analyzer, domestic's have disadvantage of lower measurement precision, lower control stability of sensor's work condition, shorter life. So research domestic high precision and high performance ZrO2 oxygen content analyzer have prominent economic and societal benefit.With analyzing ZrO2 oxygen content principle, we draw a conclusion that the important key to improve measure precision of oxygen content is the stable control of the sensor's work temperature. A kind of Pi-Fuzzy control method is provided to control the sensor's work temperature, the experiment testified the method can remarkably improve precision and stability of sensor's working temperature's control.The frame project of design the ZrO2 oxygen content analyzer is provided, detail design of it is depicted in both hardware and software. Test report of instrument is available in the paper.
