Wind energy is a reproductive energy of ultimate competitive and most potential in our society, apply the wind energy to generate electricity is a new 'technology which is playing an important part in energy supply now. Studying wind electric technology means great significance to us in wind generating set domestically produced and driving our wind power generation continuously expanding.The interrelated knowledges, developments and utilizations of wind energy are given and the state of wind power generation at home and abroad is introduced and some technologys in the world today are registered and the direction of wind power generation technology is forecasted in this paper.The fundamental principle and energy dependence of variable-speed constant-frequency (VSCF) wind power generator system are introduced, and the mathematical model of VSCF wind-power generaion is derivated.
