Urban management and schedule system which emphasizes on the leakage control is an important measure for water supply enterprises to manage the modern pipe network. The exact determination of leakage region may enhance the go-aheadism of leakage detecting, also reduce the blindness; besides, it has further and practical significance to heighten the safety and guarantee of water supply, sequentially increases the benefit ofwater supply enterprises on economy and service.This paper discusses the constitution of the management and schedulesystem of water supply system and functions of each part, and also advances the significance and principle of optimal distribute of pressure supervisor. It does authenticity check for other nodes pressure except pressure supervisor, then calculates the actual pressure dates of each nodes, based on periodicity of water supply, relying on a few pressure dates of pressure supervisors, combining hydraulic calculation, using traditional equal difference theory.Using trend surface analytical theory to make surface simulation for pressure dates revisal does realise the continue simulation for network pressure.
