The thesis introduces a singlechip-based drive control system for a linear pulse motor, Taking SLPMU-025A, a two-phase hybrid linear pulse motor manufactured by SHINKO Motor Company Ltd., as a specimen. The thesis studies linear pulse motor's classes,characteristics and work principle, mainly researches the drive and control technique of linear pulse motor .The thesis discusses work principle of linear pulse motor. And on the basis of the winding electrifying trait and pulse stepping control method of a two-phase hybrid linear pulse motor, the thesis adopts singlechip MCS-51 as core control cell and UC3717 as driving part and combines with current peak value detect circuit and so on, then puts forwards a general control scheme. The thesis analyzes and studys the technique scheme, hardware and software design of control system separately in detail.According to the system technology require, the thesis adopts singlechip AT89C51 to realize open loop digital control of hybrid linear pulse motor, uses LCD and complex key-control method to realize digital setting of system parameter such as velocity, uses micro-stepping control to insure the motor...
