The synchronous phenomena and problems can be easily found in nature and technological departments. The synchronous principle is not only the necessary mechanism of the human living and the field of engineering technology, but also a power to develop the science, technology, and production.With the rapid development of industry, the requirements of various kinds of mechanical performance and products quality have increased gradually. Only control one motor can't meet the demand of modern Hi-Tech development in some occasions, people need to control several motors and make them run coordinately. The synchronous control of multi-unit drive systems is just a science technology organized with mechanical technology and electronic technology. Therefore, the research of synchronization control of mechanical system with multi-rotor is important in theory and practical application cost.In this paper, the theory of electric pulling control and the dynamics of mechanical system are combined to study the synchronization control of mechanical system with twin-motor drives. Firstly, the whole structure of the test-bed of mechanical synchronization control is designed, and some studies of the synchronization control of mechanical system with twin-motor drives are done through the test-bed. The main contents are numerated in the following.(1) The whole control scheme of the test-bed is designed, and the composing of the control system and its principle and the control mode of the system are analyzed. Finally, the control scheme of the master slave control is determined.(2) The structure of the test-bed of mechanical synchronization control is designed, and the dynamics parameters are calculated. According to problems to study, the whole structure of the test-bed and other parts are designed, and the dynamics parameters of the test-bed are calculated according to the design data.(3) The dynamics of the test-bed of mechanical synchronization control are...
