Regarding the topic"Direct Torque control of Induction motor fed by matrix converter"as a main subject, this paper has studied the principle and advantages of matrix converter as well as the feasibility of space vector modulation ;analyzed the properties ,basic algorithms and rules of control strategy for double input line-to–line voltage composition ; Based on the Direct Torque control , drive the induct motor by Matrix converter, apply The Direct Torque control theory to control induct motor and adjust speed .Main contents of this paper are as follows:From the operating principle of matrix converter Constructing model,Analysis and inducting the double space vector and equivalent circuit of matrix converter. Faced the commutation problem introduce the four step commutation strategy. The matrix converter has many power device and the complex control strategy, this paper give the realization fig of matrix. Comparing the three phase line voltage and double line voltage, the transfer ratio is 0.866.Under the electric drive field, Since The Direct Torque control theory has the novelty control idea,direct control measure and the simple control method ,it has attracted more and more attention. The Direct Torque control theory is a novelty method of adjusting speed after vector control. This paper will introduce the principle of direct torque control and the system control.Aim at the custom AC-DC-AC transducer often adopt the diode add the uncontrolled capacitance will give the electric net much severity harmonious pollution, the matrix converter has the capacity to conquer the disadvantage. This paper will give an AC timing system that has the combination the advantage of matrix and the direct torque. This AC timing system is named the nonpolluting and green systemThe simulation model of main circuit and control circuit of MC-DTC system is constructed with MATLAB/SIMULINK, and lots of simulations are carried out. The results of simulations indicate that the proposed modulation method is effective and the performances of MC-DTC system, with excellent input characteristics, are superior to the DTC system in which the AC-DC-AC converter is used.
