Prestressed Concrete Oblique-pulling Truss Bridge is a relatively novel structure, which is combined with cable-stayed bridge structure and T type rigid structure, and includes the advantages of both cable-stayed bridge and truss bridge. For this type of bridge, the structure is simple, the stress is easy to analyze, and the construction period is short, which has great competition among large and middle span bridges.Based on Kaziwan Bridge, the stress of different truss members and the stability characteristics of truss structure in the different phases of construction were analyzed mainly in this paper. The Dr.bridge program was used to set up the finite element model, the data from the model was analyzed and mutative rules of the truss members' stress were summarized. Besides, the comparison between the actual data from measuring and the computational data from computing was also made; the finite element model of truss structure was built by ANSYS finite element software in order to research the stability characteristics about truss structure of different construction phases. By analyzing the first step eigenvalue and mode pictures of the structural stability, the type and the place of the structure losing stability were concluded.Based on the above analysis and research for the stress of truss members and the structural stability in different construction phase, some suggestion was put forward, which offers some reference to build, design, construction control the same type bridges for the future.
