The Construction Planning Of Residence Landscape In The West Of Baiyun Mountain Of Guangzhou

The two thirds life times of urban citizen are spended in their residences,so the construction planning of residence landscape should be based upon the residentiary activities combined with their requirements of the material and curtual civilizations,assuring the landscape,road design of the residence and their vicinity being complied with the requirements of the residences,so as to create a good living enviroment.This thesis focuses on the residential districts in the west of Baiyun Mountain of Guangzhou,especially the core of Baiyun new city.Using the system theory and the residential districts planning theerios,the thesis tries to built the model of the levels construction in residential districts research,then discussed the form character and the forming regularity of the residential districts.The thesis is comprised of the following major parts:To built a theory of the residentail districts,offering the concept of the model of the levels construction in residential districts and expounding the contents and the character of the model.To have a research for the landscape constitution model of the residential districts in the west of Baiyun Mountain from the view of the district character and trying to build a good landscape constitution both in cultural and ecology levels.To expound the basic levels character and constitution in the level of complexity of residential districts in the aspects landscape,road and building combined with the actuality of the residential districts.And using the reference of the 4 domestic representative landscape examples to absorb their experience.To provide 5 subjections that based on the actuality in the west of Baiyun Mountain making used of the construction method in levels of complexity and conceiving an ideal suitable district patterns.The aim of this thesis is to find a new way to build a model landscape and constructure in residential districts from the whole angle of view so as to promote the concerned personel to do more trying in this field.
