With the fifth rising speed, Intend to make vehicle anti-fatigue design spread of drawing highly effective. In this paper I bring out the technology of virtual prototyping. At present our research mainly against bogie virtual prototyping fatigue estimation. And have not read paper about using the technology of virtual prototyping estimate the car body.Firstly, build up the finite element model of car body by I-DEAS software and do static strength analysis. Based on the results conform the position of fatigue life estimation, make dynamics analysis of rigid-flex hybrid model, using the classical Craig-Bampton and Lanczos methods compute car body's modes.Secondly, building up 300T hot steel car model to comparing the dynamics analyzing results between multi-rigid model and rigid-flex hybrid models of the car, the effects of the elasticity frame and track to the car dynamic behaviors.Build up the vehicle dynamic model in ADAMS/Rail. Obtain dynamic loadings at coupler, sidebear and body center plate. Import these dynamic loadings into I-DEAS to compute dynamic stresses.Finally, importing dynamic stresses to FE-FATIGUE establish stress spectrum. Combining IIW standard estimate fatigue life.
