Inertial navigation and guidance are based on accelerometer sensitization and vehicle acceleration test, and the accelerometer precision influences the precision of navigation and guidance and operational performance of weapon system seriously. Precision centrifuge is an inertial navigation equipment that tests and standardizes accelerometer response under overload condition. During the period of design, the load pan, as the key component of supporting and locating accelerometer, affects the system precision directly, therefore, theoretical analysis and dynamic optimum design of the load pan are very important.The development and present status of precision centrifuge in and abroad are formulated in this thesis, and the primary theory and application of structure optimum design are also summarized. The design method, which can solve problems of structural optimum design, is doing conceptual design first and then parameter design. With the development task background of CTR200g precision centrifuge, the acceleration error factors of centrifuge system are qualitatively analyzed theoretically at first and also quantitatively calculated by means of finite element method, therefore, the structural optimum design problem of the load pan is proposed. In this dissertation, research contents are concentrated on: i) the structural topology optimization of the load pan based on fuzzy normalized optimum theory, ii) program design composition of parameter optimization model of the load pan, iii) parameter optimization of the load pan based on the sensitivity analysis.During the topology optimization of the load pan, the combination of the homogenization and artificial density method is adopted, and the concept of density subjection function and relative density is introduced, consequently, the traditional topology optimization issue is transformed to the optimum distribution of materials. To realize the auto-operation and high efficiency of the parameter optimization, APDL language is used to work out the design procedure of parameter optimization model, and the sensitivity analysis of design parameter based on the gradient tool is carried out, improving the currency and reliability of...
