The shooting range system of the SG-â…¢prototype facility is an experimental equipment, the terminal optics assemble is the key module of the shooting range system. The tripled frequency converter is applied to the terminal optics assemble, its main function is completing the transmission of the light and energy by the optics crystals, at the same time transforming the base frequency light into tripled frequency light. The function requires the frequency converter to have good stability and high orient precision. The dynamic performances of the II type and mainframe tripled frequency converter are researched, on the basis of which the experimental mode test of the II type tripled frequency converter is completed and the shell of the mainframe tripled frequency converter is optimized, which has laid the foundation for the following design and improvement.Theoretical research on theâ…¡type and mainframe tripled frequency converter: on the basis of building finite element models, dividing grid, application of load in the software of ANSYS, the dynamic and static performances are calculated, the value of the deformation, the first natural frequency and corresponding mode of the frequency converter are obtained, finally, the dynamic performances of the frequency converter are analyzed.The dynamic test of theâ…¡type tripled frequency converter: an experimental test system on the basis of data acquisition device is built, on the basis of which the dynamic test of the frequency converter is done.
